The Oven

The workshop that sprays your car should have a dust free area to perform the spray-painting. The paint booths or oven should be the cleanest part of the workshop and spraying should be done in an enclosed area. The less dirt and dust you have floating around, the less dirt you’ll find on the surface of your paint job.

Computerized Paint Mixing System

Cars come with a “brand exclusive” color code. These codes provide the mean to obtain the exact mix to achieve the required color. Good spray painting shops will have their own in-house computerized paint mixing system to do this job. Under invested workshops will purchase small quantities of the required mix to perform the spraying. Under this system, there is little opportunity to control quality. There is a greater chance of having a poor color match.

Our paints and materials are kept in an air-conditioned room to ensure that heat and humidity does not cause any degeneration of the paint quality. Not many workshops go to this extent.
